PROTEIN BALLS

"After exercising, you should have some protein to build your muscles" says Coach Vicky.  Since I am not a big fan of protein, Protein Balls are a perfect solution.  They are easy to make and "tastes like cookies" says my friends.  I like to bring it with me to the gym or the track.  I can just pop it in my mouth and go.  I took them when I went to Disneyland.  No standing in line for food.  I maximized my time there with these super convenient balls!  So here is the recipe for Protein Balls.    

 

 

YOU WILL NEED:

2 CUPS GLUTEN FREE OATS

1/2 CUP GROUND FLAX SEED

1 CUP PEANUT BUTTER

1/3 CUP HONEY

1/2 TSP VANILLA

1/2 CUP MINI CHOCOLATE MORELS 

 

 

1. Kneed all of the ingredients in a bowl.

 

 

 2. Place a spoonful of your mixture on a scale.  Each should weigh about 30g.  If you don't have a scale, that's fine.  It should be the size of a golf ball.  Then roll the mixture into a ball.
